Today we were talking about different human rights.
When it got to religion the lecturer made each of us say what religion we were.
I don't feel comfortable doing this. It's like when people ask me what my sexuality is.
I'm Christian and I'm straight, so it's not as though I'm in a minority group.
It still makes me feel as though they're judging me.
I don't know why.
It just makes me sad that people feel the need to know your religion or know your sexuality.
It's as though it defines you.
It doesn't.
You are you.
You're a person.
You are not "that christian girl" or "that muslim boy" or "that gay guy".
You're just a human with
